Eileen Doherty-Sil serves as the primary academic major advisor for political science majors, international development minors, and the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Her research interests are human rights, international NGOs, and international development. Dr. Doherty-Sil is the recipient of multiple teaching awards, including the School of Arts & Sciences Dean's Award for Distinguished Teaching by Affiliated Faculty.
